A Message To Our Members Regarding COVID -19

To the American Wagyu Association membership:

As we all deal with the COVID-19, or coronavirus outbreak, the American
Wagyu Association will be complying with the precautions and restrictions set
forth by the Governor of Idaho who has issued a stay-at-home order.

The AWA staff is organized to work remotely pending further notice.

The AWA business will currently continue to operate on as normal of a basis as
possible. We will be handling mail and DNA samples on a daily basis and
taking phone calls. Because of limited staff during regular business hours your
call may be forwarded as a voicemail to AWA staff who can help you with your
questions.

Please leave a message and a staff member will return your call as soon as
possible.

It will be more effective and timely if you can email our staff at
office@wagyu.org and your question will be directed to the staff member who
can best address your question.

Online registrations and business will not be disrupted.

Please keep in mind every community is dealing with this situation and it can
change daily, if not hourly.

We will continue to closely monitor recommendations and make decisions with
the interest of protecting the health and well being of our staff.

Please be patient with us as we work to serve the AWA membership the best
way we can during this difficult time for all of us.

Regards,

Robert Williams, Ph.D.
Executive Director
American Wagyu Association
