2023 Photography Contest
The American Wagyu Association hosted their first photography contest in 2023. The contest was successful, with nearly 200 photo submissions. The contest was judged on content, creativity and representation of the Wagyu breed. This contest revealed diverse talents within the AWA community. Submissions were sent in from all over the world, showcasing different landscapes and ranching styles. From stunning landscapes to intimate moments with the cattle, the submissions reflected the deep connection shared by members with their
craft. Thank you to all who competed!

- We are a veteran owned and operated ranch in North Central Idaho. We are proud owners of a small Wagyu herd focusing on top quality fullblood genetics. The photo was captured on a beautiful September day while we were out walking one of our pastures. TR8034H or "Little Wagyu" as we call her, is our favorite cow on the ranch. Her beauty, temperament, and physical stature are exceptional. She is an easy calfer and attentive mother. Her registration number is FB81656, and we are excited to welcome her third calf this fall.
