2012 Convention
Dear Member:
The 2012 convention will be held on the 26-29 September with the main convention dates set down for the Thursday 09/27
and Friday 09/28.
This years theme is “Its all about the meat” with a focus on carcase traits, health benefits,
genomic technology update, breed improvement and an all important Industry forum.
Our keynote speaker is a Japanese Professor demonstrating the latest technology in carcase grading imagery.
We will also have a Food Industry expert provide some advice on how best you can optimize your business model
and be a worthy competitor.
The Convention will be held at the 4 diamond rated CDA Resort
www.cdaresort.com with the world renowned
Lake Coeur d’ Alene as its backdrop and, not forgetting its world famous floating green for those golfing fanatics.
So please go ahead and circle your calendar for the last week of September 26-29....ITS DEFINITELY AN EVENT NOT TO MISS!
As with events such as this, they only become a success because of the dedication and support from our membership and
